The village of Pewsey in Wiltshire has held an annual carnival since 1898. For the 1958 event, a stock car meeting was staged, and featured some of the top drivers of the time, including Frank Harris, Norman Brown, Fred Mitchell, Cliff Tyndall, and Pete Tucker.
