If your enquiry is related to your account on the forum please email admin@stoxnet.com or use the form below. Remember to give as many details as you can - including at least your forum username or registered email address.
If you have problems signing into your forum account please check that your PC's cookie is not corrupt and try to reset your password before contacting Stoxnet. If you have a new account with Stoxnet and are not yet able to post to the forum, please check the registration procedure and ensure that you have completed steps 1 and 2 before contacting Stoxnet.
If you have reason to complain about content on the forum, please first read the Complaints page. Complaints about content on the forum should be reported using the 'Report' button, accessible by all forum members. If you are not a forum member but still want to complain about something you have read on the forum, please use the form below.
Please note: Complaints sent through the 'Report' button in the forum are dealt with more quickly than regular emails, personal messages or form submissions. Do not telephone will complaints: all complaints must be made in writing. Telephoned complaints will not be entertained.
Stoxnet does not carry advertising and will not consider taking commercial advertisements. If you have anything to sell, plug or advertise, the only place you can do it is on the For Sale & Wanted subsection of the forum. Do not ask for highlighted advertising on the site's homepage or attempt to flood the main discussion forum with adverts as adverts will be removed and, for repeat offenders, accounts suspended.
Registration for new members is currently suspended
Thanks to repeated and abusive registrations by disruptive members (or, specifically, ex-members), Stoxnet is currently not accepting registrations from new members. Please do not email to ask that your new account registration be considered: the sad fact is that there have been so many repeat and abusive registrations that no new members will be accepted since every application received must be viewed with suspicion.
This is clearly a case of 'the few spoiling it for the many', but the truth is that there are enough idiots out there to have created sufficient problems that this extreme (but hopefully) temporary step is necessary to avoid complete closure of the forum.
If you need to send a letter or serve any legal notices, please mark your correspondence for the attention of Daniel O'Neill and send them to Stoxnet c/o Digital Red, 32 Ashburton Road, Ruislip Manor, Middlesex, HA4 6AB, United Kingdom. Visitors to this address are not accepted unless by prior appointment.
Stoxnet does not provide a free telephone support service. If you have a problem with your forum account you must email or use the form above. If you have complaints about anything you have seen on Stoxnet please refer to the section titled "Objectionable Forum Content" above. You can contact Daniel by telephone during business hours by calling the Digital Red office number on the Digital Red website. You will be invoiced for your call at commercial rates: if you do not wish to pay, please use the alternative means of contact as above.
