All members of the forum (Members and Supporters) can now create their own Blog.
If you visit your ‘My Controls’ page now, you’ll see a new button at the top left of the menu – ‘Your Blog Settings’. You can use this link, following the onscreen instructions, to start your own blog. There’s a few settings to make to begin with, but you can accept all of the defaults and change them later – you’ll be able to start blogging inside a couple of minutes.

What’s a blog?
(definition from Wikipedia)
A weblog, web log or simply a blog, is a web application which contains periodic time-stamped posts on a common webpage. These posts are often but not necessarily in reverse chronological order. Such a website would typically be accessible to any Internet user. "Weblog" is a portmanteau of "web" and "log".
Often, the word blog is used to describe an online diary or journal, such as LiveJournal. The weblog format of an online diary makes it possible for users without much experience to create, format, and post entries with ease.
What would I write about in my blog?
Anything you like, it’s a public personal diary. Anyone will be able to see what you type, and as you post messages over time, your messages and thoughts will move down the page to make room for the new postings at the top. Stoxnet is a BriSCA F1 fan’s forum, so the occasional mention of stockcar racing wouldn’t go amiss, but there’s no requirement that you talk about it all the time!
How do I link to my blog?
When you create a blog, you'll get a new link at the top of your screen 'My Blog', which will link to your blog. If you paste that link into your signature, people will be able to follow the link and read your blog. In time, I'll add links to the most recently updated blogs from the homepage.

What would I talk about?!
Blogs could be used by drivers or mechanics to chart progress of car builds or repairs, fans could post their thoughts on meetings or preparations for overseas trips, Dutch fans could detail their trips to UK tracks, promoters could detail expected drivers or special events. Lots of organisations are now turning to blogging, including Google, The Guardian, Tory MP Boris Johnson, Labour MP Tom Watson and BBC journalists
Why?
To see what happens, if a few people get into the spirit, it could make for a very interesting resource. Perhaps your blog would be a place loosely connected with stockcar racing, filled with messages which might otherwise be ‘Off Topic’ in the main forum itself.
